Whole and half beef are $4.75pound hanging weight, which includes standard processing. Quarters are $4.85/pound hanging weight, which includes standard processing. A quarter beef typically hangs at about 200-240 pounds.

We created a simple online cut sheet that takes you through the options so you don't have to contact the butcher.

We pick up the beef so all you have to do is grab it here from the farm.

Our pigs are pastured in the summer months and receive a well-balanced diet all year long.

Whole pigs are $3.10/pound hanging weight, plus processing. Halves are $3.30/pound hanging weight, plus processing. A whole pig typically hangs at about 200-250 pounds.
